How OÜ ABCDENT handles the data you leave on this website.
Who is responsible for your data
OÜ ABCDENT, registry code 12527296, registered address: P. Pinna tn 19-61, 13615 Tallinn, Estonia.
For questions about your data write to registratuur@abcdent.eu or call +372 6 381 606. We reply within the month the law allows, usually sooner.
What we collect and why
Through the booking form: your name, phone number, email, the clinic you choose, and — if you fill them in — the dentist and the date you prefer. The form asks for nothing else.
This data serves exactly one purpose: so that the receptionist can call you back and agree a time. The legal basis is your request to book, that is, steps towards a contract for services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Filling in the form is optional. You can book by phone, and then nothing is left on the website at all.
The form does not ask about your health. Please do not write diagnoses or symptoms in the comment field — tell the dentist at the appointment, where medical records and a different level of protection apply.
Who else sees it
Your request is seen by the clinic's receptionists and the dentist you are booked with. We do not pass data outside the clinic and we do not sell it.
The website runs on Vercel Inc. and the clinic's email with the Estonian provider AS WaveCom. They process the data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
If you write to the online assistant in the chat, the text of your message is sent to Google (the Gemini service) for processing — otherwise it could not answer. We do not store the conversation — it stays in your browser until you close the tab and never reaches the clinic's servers. Please do not type health details or other personal information into the chat: the assistant answers only from what is already published on this site, and your own case is for the appointment with the dentist.
We are obliged to disclose data only where a public authority requires it in writing under the law.
How long we keep it
A request from the form — 5 years after we have contacted you. It is then deleted.
If you become a patient, your medical records are kept separately and under different rules: their retention period is set by the Health Services Organisation Act and is longer.
Cookies, maps and statistics
The site runs the Vercel visitor counter. It counts how many people opened each page, where they came from and on what device, and also the sending of the booking form — without the name, phone or email, only the fact itself. The counter sets no cookies and does not recognise you between visits: the data is not tied to a person. There are no advertising pixels or tracking systems on this site and no advertising profile is built.
The site remembers two things: the language and the colour scheme you picked. Both are your own choice, made with a tap, and both stay in your browser. No consent is required for these, and you can remove them by clearing the site's data in your browser.
The pages with our addresses show a Google map. It loads together with the page, and Google receives your IP address and sets its own cookies under its own rules — you can read them at policies.google.com/privacy. If you would rather it did not, maps can be blocked with a browser extension or by refusing third-party cookies; the rest of the site is unaffected.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have inaccuracies corrected, have it deleted or its use restricted, and receive a copy in a machine-readable form. Write to registratuur@abcdent.eu — that is enough, and you do not have to explain why.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, tell us and we will look into it. You are also entitled to complain directly to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, Tallinn, info@aki.ee, +372 627 4135.
